People who can't cook seem to love to tell on themselves. The eggs are only runny if you're cooking them over easy/medium. If you don't like eggs like that, just cook them longer.

Seriously. This video was hugely popular and there's nothing special in it except controlling the heat so you don't overcook the eggs. If you like rubbery eggs, you can still make them this way.

I think people mistake the beauty of a good soft scramble. Cooking them more than that makes the eggs dry and unappealing, making the scramble mostly enjoyable through the additions rather than the eggs.

If you want dry eggs, at least get the texture right by cooking them omelet style.

Scramble: hard
Scramble to put in a sandwich: easy/medium
Fried: medium
Fried on a sandwich or burger: easy/medium

There's a middle ground between scrambled eggs that look like egg salad and dry/rubbery eggs. My scrambles always come out fluffy and moist but aren't runny like in this video.

Yeah, you can certainly have hard scrambled eggs that are still fluffy and moist. You basically want to take the eggs off the pan well before they start browning, but you'll get a fluffy and moist hard scramble pretty easily just by cooking the egg a bit longer.

One thing I like about eggs is how they cook within a minute or two, depending on the temperature you're cooking at. Great for quick and easy meals.

People who say this usually make eggs that are only "moist" by virtue of the milk they add into the egg mixture.

No go on milk into the egg mixture for me. It just usually leads you to overcook your eggs so you have overcooked but milky eggs.

I've used this recipe a few times and think it's great.

He does have some dog shit recipes though. His grilled cheese, which was already posted, is especially bad.

His burgers too. Always puts a million ingredients in the actual beef mixture when it's so much better to just have a mince and then season with salt and pepper right before it hits the heat.

The British prefer runny eggs, and of course British eggs are much more safe than American eggs (from eating them raw, point of view), thus :

THE FOOD STANDARDS AGENCY (FSA) has confirmed that British Lion eggs are safe to be eaten runny, or even raw, by vulnerable groups - https://elliotteggs.co.uk/downloads/official-new-advice-on-egg-safety.pdf

Compared to America Eggs: The USDA does not recommend eating raw shell eggs that are not cooked or are undercooked due to the possibility that Salmonella bacteria may be present -
https://www.fsis.usda.gov/food-safety/safe-food-handling-and-preparation/eggs/egg-products-and-food-safety

This type of advice, changes a countries taste - and rightfully so. If using American eggs, don't make these scrambled eggs, since they're clearly undercooked, which as the USDA states can mean that Salmonella bacteria might be present.
Obviously in the UK, these type of scrambled eggs are perfectly safe to eat.

It's impossible to make a grilled cheese with his ingredients because the cheese is very low moisture so the heat you need to melt it will burn the bread. You can also not burn the bread but the cheese don't melt. He found that perfect sweet spot where he doesn't melt the cheese but burns the bread anyway.
