Another Xenoblade game announced meanwhile Xenoblade Chronicles X fans keep getting shat on. I can see now that a sequel is too much to ask but can we at least get a remaster!? In a time where devs are milking the shit out of remasters, youd think somebody would follow through with a game people actually want to play. I'm kind of surprised it hasn't seen a remaster. It'd need very, very little updating to be brought to the Switch looking good enough to attract people's interest. That likely wouldn't get the people that already bought it to re-buy it (though honestly, I'd buy it again if they just added a jukebox feature or otherwise let players control the background music in NLA), but it only sold 840,000 copies (second-lowest in the series, only beating out Xenoblade 3D, which understandably didn't do very well), so that's not a massive loss. Meanwhile, Xenoblade DE sold significantly better than the original did (1.52 million vs 913k) and the Switch has 8 times the install base the WiiU had. --- This is my signature.
