NK, Iraq, Iran, Russia etc and I don't think they really care...the people at the top still eat Lobster and live in luxury so it blows my mind the US thinks dictators give any fucks about sanctions --- "You go. they work when they're actually enforced, since the population eventually rebels. but we've seen even with countries like NK no matter the sanctions they still find trade partners. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
