After several restarts in the past half hour, every time I start up Chrome, it opens up like, 15 processes but doesn't actually open. It never opens anymore. It will open up 15 processes, though. And every time I try to open it, another process gets added. I don't know why the hell this has suddenly happened, but it severely pisses me off because I had a lot of bookmarks and extensions and settings on it that I've just suddenly lost for no reason, and now I have to instantly start over from scratch on Firefox. I can't even open up Twitch right now to enjoy something because I don't even remember all the Twitch extensions I had, and what their settings were.

you could sync your settings to your Google account, delete and reinstall it. Theoretically everything will be readded then.

Are you sure it's actually chrome you're clicking, and not something that looks like chrome? What have you tried so far?

Uninstall reinstall? If you're signed in and your sync settings are checked everything should be restored
