They say their reason, and the mods do nothing. It's not against the ToS to hit your own children, I guess. They're viewed as property of the parents, and not people in their own right. I saw someone point out the other day. If an adult has mental disabilities that mean they have the comparable maturity of a child, we don't tolerate hitting them for discipline because "it's all they understand" or whatever. And rightly so. You'd get arrested for abuse or assault. But do it to someone smaller and weaker and it's okay apparently. It's just about age. Its abuse and I despise when people poke fun at it.
