Breh, I've been in medical training for 10 years. 3 months off to jerk off and get good at fifa is in no way gonna affect my employment. I could literally write "jerked off" and I'll still get hired.

Just write that you were applying for jobs, theyll understand. Three months is nothing really, it's not some unexplainable years long gap so I wouldn't think they'd care. They likely just need something on record for HR.

To many employers, it's a red flag. Employers want motivated people.

I never understood why people are so weird about gaps.

Do people not save money? Do people really have trouble finding work when theyre done with vacation?

Employment gaps are such a pain in the ass to ansew when filling out job applications. Like it's a sin to remain unemployed for to long. I understand it's important for certain fields as your knowledge and skills can diminish with time. But otherwise shouldn't ever be brought up.
