I'm playing Martha is Dead. I fall out the map from simply walking. It seems like the ground itself just stopped loading. So I reload an earlier save. I think the ground actually did turn off because I immediately fall out the map.

I knew I was gonna have issues with the game sometimes refusing to autosave due to lack of space (despite having plenty) and the crashing of the game sometimes when I simply try to start it up, but this is fucking ridiculous!

My only time was on my third of 4th run of Final Fantasy VII and I got stuck in the final dungeon because the Last Save Crystal got stuck on a rock and I saved the game. When I went to load it, Cloud was stuck in the rock and couldn't move. Had to go back to an old save, but that was back near the start of Disc 3

Spider Man 2 on the PS2. After doing this funhouse level, there's supposed to be a kutscene and then a way out, but sometimes the game will randomly decide to not play the scene and you've got to start the entire fucking file all over again.

GTA Vice City, the bug where the game wouldn't load a save made at the ice cream factory. Being my only save at the time I had to start over.
