And it was shitty terrible weed so it sold like ass. Now? They are looking at seriously putting in some infrastructure behind such an industry, and if it sells like it does in Canada that's A LOT of money to be made. And they wouldn't be doing this anyway if congress wasn't sorta kinda interested. And before congress has always been a flat nope on this. It's a major sign that the winds of change are blowing.
