They trying to gauge if people wanna go back to the office, and or how much rage quitting they can expect if it happens.

I don't get it...why risk employee morale who now have an ideal work life balance, and pay for an office needlessly why people waste money commuting? Covid has shown how antiquated an office is for some jobs.

Hope they don't try to get us to come back to one - this may be call center customer service work, but It has felt like a dream job, and i legit like doing this. Doesn't feel like work.
