I hope they're good. I haven't made them before.

they're edible. as good as I can ask from canned salmon.

Thanks. Yeah, they're not the worst I've tasted. I mixed two drained 6 Oz. cans of salmon with a half cup of panko crumbs, yellow mustard, avocado oil mayonnaise, a raw egg, and a dash of thyme and mixed it together. I drizzled a bit of Frank's Red Hot on them before baking them at 400 degrees in the air fryer for 12 minutes.

then I boiled some red lentils I still have. all in all, much better than rice and the salmon straight out of the can, which is what I've always done.

Nah but they would have been a bit crispier on the other side if I did. I didn't want the hassle because they're crumbly.

I did the last three minutes with the broiler feature. the air fryer I have makes it convenient.
