I do a pretty standard PPL split

Day1:
Dumbell Bench Press
OHP
Tricep dips
Chest dip
Push ups
Side lat raises
(a bonus exercise that cycles from work out to work out that focuses on either triceps, chest or shoulders)

Day 2:
Reverse push ups
Dumbell rows
Dips
Pull ups
Chin ups
Bicep curls

Day 3:
Deadlifts
Squats
Calf raises

Day 4:
Rest

Then I repeat this cycle

If im feeling energetic, I'll do an exercise with some mild cardio of some time on the row machine, elliptical or heavy bag work. Typically, I only do it on leg day.

Working 2 jobs I work out any day off I get and sometimes after work.

Before I was going 6 days a week regularly.

Monday/Wednesday-

Sprint 15 times about 100 meters or so.

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday

Gym everything I do 3-4 sets
bench currently 175-
pull ups-20 times
squat 140
deadlift 160
ab crunches 70+
Various other machines.

not a lot because i'm lazy and the apartment gym is extremely limited

4 days a week
either 2+ miles on treadmill in <25 mins or 10+ miles on the bike in <25 mins
bench press
sit ups
crunches
squats
plank

On weekdays at minimum I have a stretching routine followed by a set of planks (front, side, hollow hold), followed by a set of crunches (front, side, atomic situps).

On Monday that's usually where I stop unless I'm feeling up to it. Tues-Fri will be alternating between a light weights/bodyweight circuit (pullups, presses, curls, resistance bands, pushups, etc...) or a 30-45 minute Peloton ride.

Weekends I undo all my hard work by drinking 10 or so beers. Though lately I've been hiking a lot so go ahead and add that into the equation.
