Shes really open about finding me attractive and literally walked shoulder to shoulder with me by the Sound. Like, she leaned right into me.

What does it mean to identify with women? Is it wanting Grandma to paint your nails too? (I was 5) Is it being a sixth grader and looking at the girls with envy and budding desireand the older boys with horror? Is it getting really invested in a NYT magazine article about Calpurnia Adams? Scouring YouTube for Kim Petras talking about her experiences long before she was known for anything but being trans? Is it writing in your journal that youre a trans woman, is it sitting across from a trans man therapist and discussing what youre feeling? Is it sitting across from a doctor as she describes everything HRT will do and emphatically asking to be prescribed them today?
Or is it just proclaiming yourself to the world?
The real answer is that I never identified as a woman because I always was one.

I completely agree with that last sentence. I simply didn't know if there is a moment of realization. Thank you for answering and I am sorry if that was offensive in any way.

Im starting to question if this terrible habit of mine to believe that commitment equals stability, which is probably the undoing of most of my romantic relationships, has been the result of my subconscious womanhood. Idk thats probably misogynistic or reductive at best. Any thoughts?

Our best supermarket bakery is Albertsons in my opinion, do you like the products your store makes? Is it difficult not to overindulge? I tell ya I worked at a Cold Stone and uh it didnt do my self esteem any favors

Hmm, I don't know. When I was closeted I was clingy and possessive, but that was driven in part by my utter lack of confidence and the fact that women were both attractive and envy-inducing. Now that they're much less of the latter, I find it easier to keep myself in check.

Also I think I subconsciously presented myself to women in the way a woman would: this led me to cross boundaries that many women aren't comfortable with men crossing too soon and getting myself flagged as a creeper. Others seemed genuinely confused to learn that I was interested in them romantically. Now, of course, most women read me as one of them, and I'm shopping in the right section, so to speak.

For the record, I work at a Whole Foods. Our bakery goods do tend to be good, some even manage to be great (the seasonal Mango Yuzu Chantilly cake we had last month was FIRE), but, like most things in Whole Foods, they're not exactly cheap.
They typically sample stuff in the kitchen for us, so we know what we're selling. I don't find it hard to control myself with sweets (salty junk food, on the other hand....well, I blame spiro).

My favorite thing is that Amazon was highly publicizing price drops(on stuff like high-price meat and seafood items: no staples) after they bought the company and flooded our aisles with a bunch of stuff you can find anywhere else. The price drops largely wound up being temporary, but the basic bitch shit has always been marked up ~50 cents.

Ive only actually met up with her once, but I do like her. Shes incredibly positive and supportive. Had a bit of a wake up call this week that brought home precisely how difficult this could get though. Im not ruling her out, just more cognizant that she has real limitations that she sometimes loses sight of.
Plus, Im a cat person.

I love hearing things like that! I get some jiggles, Ive gotten a jiggle or two, starting to like stairs a lot more. Its probably weird but it felt so good when itd be cold as hell, and theyd just be hurting so bad, cuz Id be like damn these things hurt then Id be like oh my god I have tits!. Its warming up tho and Im hoping Ill be able to have some cleavage before the summer ends

Hmm. Ive just bought oddsnends, either thrifting or on sale. I havent even been brave enough to go out in a skirt yet! But there are a few things I really love:

-A pink corduroy coat. I literally walked into an enby friends house for the first time, and they say they have this coat that didnt fit them or our mutual friend. Im halfway through mumbling that pink isnt my color when they throw it on me, andwow!
They just smiled and said, Pink can be really empowering.

-I have a dark green shirt with a really flattering neckline and great feel.

-I have a blue shirt (its patterned like blue jeans but not made of denim) I got off Etsy thats tight in the chest with buttons up the middle. Really nice looking, super flattering.

-I have pants in a nice, deep red and a good, bright purple. Love wearing those.

-And the sweater I have on in the pic I posted. It looks great and feels even better!

-Im not super cognizant of fashion or even my own sense of it, but Hinge lady insists I have a good fashion sense. Then again, shes never said a bad word about me.
