They tell me "just call out if you aren't able to switch"

Dont have to tell me twice. Stupid because i am PRN/as needed staff. So i decide what days i can work as long as i tell them before they make schedule and put my minimum of 2 nights each week.

And as long as i schedule myself my 2 shifts a week, i can pretty much pick any other day i want because we are so short every day they wouldnt say no.

So instead of assigning me to a different day for my 1 of 2 days. They would rather i call out and me work only 1 day that week when every other day is just as short too.
Makes sense.
