So I'm an avid box fan user when sleeping. Less for the actual air circulation, though it helps, but more for the white noise.

Well after two fans in a row that started making this annoying tickticktickticktick sound less than two weeks after purchase, like the blades were clipping against something a la a wheel of fortune wheel ticking against the stopper, I said fuck this.

how have i not been doing this

the TV has been sitting in my room for nearly a year since I upgraded.

i slept like a fuckin baby the past few nights doing this. it's unreal. and because i live up north, i can keep the temperature down by just opening the window before bed and closing it when i go to sleep (or just sleeping with it open, though the school busses roll in early and that wakes me up even with the white noise going)

so, so good.
