in response to the DELETED post about lactose intolerance .... there are heaps HEAPS of non dairy cheeses on the market. i remember i dated this vegan girl out of college and i got pretty good at vegan cuisine. i used to make this baller pizza with sun dried tomatoes, pesto, and non dairy mozzarella that only MARGINALLY tasted like cardboard shavings and sawdust --- http://i.imgur.com/ozVGOuh.png ...
