It's okay to give exceptions and passes to things you like. It's okay to be unfair and show partialness. It's okay to be inconsistent, it's okay to contradict yourself and it's okay to be wrong. I myself fanboy over things and blindly hate other things as well.

It's okay to know you have flaws. It's much better than the people who thinks they're a know-it-all and doesn't see their own flaws.

Its okay to have insights into your biases however its hypocritical to abide by them and not make any conscious and purposeful efforts to remedy them.

So its like asking if its okay to be a shitty human being. You are free to be that way but it may not always be beneficial.
