I might make a more serious attempt at trying to learn Japanese, we'll see how it goes. I memorized the Hiragana. The reason I stopped before is because I wasn't sure where to go next, so I stopped before I got through it.

A lot of media I like is from Japan, it'd be nice to be able to read/watch more things than what gets translated. Not just manga or games, but videos as well. And who knows, knowing Japanese could help even a little bit with job opportunities. I have been a bit interested in drawing comics, but my art skill isn't up to snuff, so that's more a pipe dream as it stands. Not likely to move over there or anything, I don't think I'd be able to fit in.

I'm not starting on kanji quite yet. Right now I'm having trouble recognizing different Hiragana when the font is different than I'm used to, or even if the text is very small. Also because it's late, and I didn't wanna start anything new, but now I'm kinda wide awake after sleeping for like an hour.

I'd love to visit Japan some day. That's my dream. You should start playing old games in Japanese and start saying everything out loud. I feel like that would help you.

Very tired but need to study a bit before bed.
