They put a fork of spaghetti in their mouth, and as they pull it out, their teeth scrape the fork, making an awful nails-on-chalkboard screech. I, and I am not kidding, use plastic forks when left to my own devices because I hate the sound so much I don't even want to have to think about it potentially happening.
