Thanks! Im really excited. Hes pretty old so I know hes retired a lot of his songs due to his inability to sing/play them anymore, but hes a musical hero of mine (as part of the Beatles and with wings/solo), so Im happy to see him play anything :)

Let us know what he plays. I'm kind of curious if he leans more into Beatles, Wings, older solo, or newer solo stuff at this point.

I know what my preference would be, but I wonder what he sees as being ideal, as well as what the people going to the show these days would prefer (and what their general demo is at this point).

No problem! I thought it was a solid mix of stuff from his discography. Only one from his latest album, which was a bit sad. I wouldve traded some Wings for newer material but Im not complaining with what we got!

Seriously impressive. It was nearly 3 hours long, no opener. His voice isnt as burly as it might have been a few decades ago, but he is still hitting all those notes strongly and accurately, while playing and dancing and making jokes and telling stories. Truly a great performer.

Live and Let Die had a pyrotechnic feature that was soooo good.

For sure. The only addition that would have made it a perfect set for me would have been playing Long and Winding Road. But 35+ songs, and pretty much all of them were bangers

Back when I saw him he played Here Comes the Sun on a ukulele

Too bad no Uncle Albert / Admiral Halsey but I can totally understand why not. Last time I saw Macca live he couldn't sing at all, which is truly terrible for anyone who loves music and understands the scope of what this guy brought to the table. But nobody lives forever. Legend.

I'd be stoked to see Let Me Roll It live. I love that riff.
