Git gud - A deliberate misspelling of 'Get Good', 'git gud' is an injunction to raise one's own skill level in response to a particularly difficult challenge. Players complaining of unreasonable difficulty in a game are often encouraged to 'git gud', persevering with the game and overcoming the challenge through patience and learning.

That's a rather nice way of phrasing it.

That's not a gamer thing is it? Never heard anyone use it while gaming ever tbh.

I haven't heard it outside the gaming community, maybe I misunderstand the point of the dictionary

Poggers is something that started in the fighting game community but it's spread to general twitch subculture nowadays. 'Salt' is the same except it spread to an even wider net. I've heard non-gamers and non-twitch-users call people salty.

You can't conflate gaming with Twitch culture, especially in 2022 when 3/4 of the people on Twitch are watching "Lifestyle" streams and donating large sums of money to "e-girls" so they can lick a microphone and try not to look like complete fools.

You've got this one backwards - "salty" did not start with fighting games. It's originally AAVE that was used by people in the FGC, from there it spread into nerd culture.
