I used to like this popcap game called alchemy. They dont offer it on their site anymore and as far as I can tell it was never released in any form other than via a site browser.

Now there is some new kind of game on mobile devices called alchemy, but thats more of a combining things game to get more things to combine. Its pretty neat, but not the same kind of game.
