Conservative legislators: "Maybe we could do something about these shootings if we had some guns and police in America".

I hate to break it to them, but a society where you have to grab your gun when you leave home and make sure there are some guards at the entrance to wherever you're going? That's not a safe or modern society.

Guns might not be the full problem, but they clearly are not the solution.
