To be fair, they probably had this going for at least a month. I know they've done numerous other giveaways like this.

I think another example is where you can get a pickup truck and 7 guns. There's others where they have a pick 1 or 2 from these 8.

NRA Executive: "Idunno, it doesn't seem like it's enough..."

NRA Member: "We could include 1,000 rounds of ammunition."

NRA Executive: "I love it! Let's do that!!! We're gonna be so fucking rich guys!!!!"

Normal Well Adjusted Human: "Don't you think that's a little fucked up?"

On one hand: this deal launched a day or two before the shooting, if I remember correctly.

On the other hand: it took them until four goddamn days after the shooting to take it down.
