My landlord recently filed for divorce and decided to put our house up for sale. He moved rather quickly on us and got it appraised a few days after telling us he was putting it up for sale. Hes been good to us and changed us way under what he could get. Anyways, he seemed shocked when not only did we offer to buy it but got approved and bought the house before he could put it on the market --- Jive Turkey ... Copied to Clipboard!
