Four years late to this movie but damn. All the subtle stuff they put in the scenes and foreshadowing. The ending music and the last 15 minutes were tense and creepy as fuck. The acting by everyone. The tie-ins to demonic mythology. Loved all of it. Definitely one of my favorite movies of all time.

Yeah I was surprised by how good it was when I saw it.

Ari Aster is so great, I also suggest Midsommar

3 movies in 2 years doesn't seem much, but actually good horror movies are so rare.

Plus, I'm sure I'm missing a few that I can't remember at the top of my head.

i really liked it, first time i saw it it creeped me out a lot. revisiting it, especially after seeing midsommar, a lot of the black comedy elements stick out as well. the last half hour you can easily take at face value as i did, or as a goofy slapstick sequence alla evil dead and i really have no idea which was the intent. its cool.

Ive been meaning to watch it. Definitely going to check it out now.

It Comes at Night is not a good movie though, I dont care what the critics say

Midsommar has been on my list for years also. Need to watch that soon.
