I can't keep my eyes open, but I don't feel tired... but I'm not itchy either

Do your eyes feel irritated or are you tearing up? Have you tried flushing them with water at a sink?

If you're tired you should rest after drinking a glass of water. Drink more as you rest until your pee is light light yellow or clear and if you're still tired at that point just go to sleep. When you're awake, take an hour walk on an empty stomach.

If the fatigue persists, call your doctor's nurse and report it. You'll have your test levels checked and your blood panel accessed. You either have low T or pre-diabetic fatigue most likely. It is possible you have a virus, but usually you'd have other symptoms.

basically, it goes away right away when i lay down and comes back when i get up - whether I sleep or not.

I think you should attend a meeting with your doctor

i think it might have been allergies - closing my windows fixed it after about 30 minutes
