first go here: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/user/settings_advanced change the Message Posting Form option to HTML (WYSIWYG) then scroll to the bottom and click update your settings - now above your message box you should have a pic icon (it's on the right) --- Drink up me hearties, yo ho ...
