I found $30 in a puddle once during the rain. It was really random lol

20. Found it in a grocery store parking lot when I worked there.

Found $750 in a wallet once. No ID or anything to indicate an owner of the wallet so I kept the money and the wallet because it was a nice wallet. Like it was just $750 dollars in the wallet nothing else.

I found $20 on the road once. It smelled like literal piss, but whatever, I took it.

Think 160. It was tied up in a ponytail holder. Fortunately I was wearing converses. As I discovered it by feeling it when I stepped on it. It was dark outside.

I felt bad later cause I found out like 2 days later who it belonged to and I had already spent it.

But you wanna talk loose money. My mom made me clean my room. And I managed to find like 25 bucks in coins. That's That's decent haul for a 12 year old

$40. I was young so it was a ton for me at the time.

$100 on the ground after the main performer ended at a music festival. I was "altered" so I immediately spent it all on pizzas for me and my friends I was camped with.

I legit found a 100 dollar bill on a sidewalk. Nobody was around. I had no idea where it came from. So I just kept it.

I can't say. <_<, but what I can tell you is that I'm glad I didn't keep it.

Most of mine is change in Coinstar machines or payphones, I forget how much for each.

Blew in front of me on a windy day, and way down the street I could see who dropped it and that they were trying to chase after it. I stepped on it to pin it down before picking it up.

They seemed to think I was going to run off with it, I heard something like "hey, that's not yours!" and they looked like they were already angry at me.

They were surprised, and then very grateful, when I gestured with the note and took it back to them.

$140 in a parking lot at like 3am when I was picking up diapers for my first kid.

$10 when I was like, 12 or 13. I was walking out of Walmart with my great aunt Barbara and the wind blew a ten dollar bill right under my foot as I putting it down.

I had pneumonia on that day

I found $1000 dollars in my Grandma's purse.
Just after I asked my Grandma for 1k and she said she didn't have any money.
Either she's a thief, or that was some really loose money that got caught in a draft and fell in her purse while she was walking around the back yard going to California.

$20 bill in a drainage ditch. Also found 5 bucks in the gym. Thought about turning it in but the gym folks would have just used it to have a pizza party. If it was something more easily identifiable like a watch or necklace i would have turned it in. Anyone can walk up and be like "did anyone find any money?"

Found $70 at work one day and said nothing. Later that day my lead was mad cause she lost $70 and was running around looking for it so i told her i happen to find 70 and gave it back to her.

I found a $100 bill outside of an ATM I frequent.

$2700 that blew out of an armored car, I handed it back to the crew, these dudes were legit bawling. Dunno how the bundles came loose but they lost thousands that day. Man that had to fuckin suck

I found.a watch with a diamond in it.

Do gift cards count? Because I found one that had about $70 left on it. Thats probably the most I ever came across

Lol i used to work lost and found at a casino. People literally come up to you "do you have any money that was lost"

Someone dropped $460 on the floor of the casino I work at. I turned it in to security per policy, and it went unclaimed for the 60 day holding period, so I got it back.
