Alright, so first you add in a little bit of mayo. About half a jar full. Make sure it's REAL mayonnaise, like the kind you find from the store.

Alright, so after that, you add in your ketchup. Make sure it's equal parts to the mayonnaise, feel free to scale down or up for bigger or smaller portions.

Whip it up with a little bit of a stir to get one going, when you think it's got a little bit of a party going on, then you add in your relish. Just a little bit will do.

Just add your big spoonful of relish, and stir extremely well, you want a good mix.

Alright, now that you've done that, there's a little bit of a secret recipe I want to share with you. I'm gonna spoiler code it to keep it away from prying eyes(like google). Just because I like CE.

Add a little bit of Pitzman's brand mustard. It's the best. It'll add a nice kick to your dressing. Make sure to even it out with the mayo and ketchup. Now I know what you're thinking "why would you add mustard to a Russian dressing?" Well, don't tell them there's mustard in it. It's a secret. You won't taste it. Brings out the relish.

And give it a real good mixing. Make sure not to leave a mess when you stir. I tend to do that a lot.

It's immediately fine for a bit of a stir, serve with a friend or two.

Edit: works really well with some iceberg lettuce.

Yeah, with a bit of relish. And some Pitzman's.

Yes, actually!

Alright, so this one I like to name the 'Tom Cruise' because it's named after the movie he was in, Cocktail. But obviously its not a cocktail, its cocktail sauce.

Very easy, it's got about 4 ingredients.

Alright, so first you get your ketchup(you remember that from my Russian Dressing), get a nice medium sized bowl and toss that in there. Then some horseradish sauce. A creamy spice flavor really adds a lot to the sauce, and horseadrish sauce adds just what you need!

Then you throw in your chives(who doesn't love chives?) and then a couple of freshly cut tomatoes.

Alright, then you do a bit of a rough mix, don't go too hard, just kinda fold the ingredients together.

Alright, now for my secret ingredient, gonna spoiler tag again!

Add in just a dash of Pitzman's. You should, after the Russian dressing, be able to just eyeball it. It really adds a nice flavor to it.

OKAY, after we add everything, start mixing. Make ABSOLUTELY sure you don't mix it too hard, you want a bit of a chunky consistency, like a salsa.

If you want, after a quick taste, you can just do what I do and add in the rest of your Pitzman's mustard just for that added umph. Your guests won't be able to tell with how good it is. Sometimes I like to fill the bottle up with water after it's all gone and mix a little bit if mustard water in. If you put too much, it's alright, just add in your ketchup to give it a bit of a thicker consistency. I promise, you will love the taste. If you need to, don't be afraid to whisk some of the fluid out. When you whisk, it creates air bubbles that will let the water evaporate. Like making a rue, but without the heat!

Anyway, make sure to buy some aged shrimp to enjoy with your Tom Cruise special. It's GREAT at parties!

I really gotta try that! I was talking with Jash about it and he is hesitant because the last time we ate shrimp it was a little rotten and made my friend sick. So sick that he missed a funeral of a mutual friend.

But i feel good about it this time.

Ugh. Never much of a fan of creamy dressings. Vinagrettes are where it's at!

I'm hearin' that, I'm hearin' that...

You know, if you really want to give him a reason to come over, how about some honey mustard? I got this great recipe that's just two simple ingredients and only takes a couple minutes to whip up.

Glad you asked.

Tis the gift to be simple, tis the gift to be free.

Alright so for this simple sauces, one that really works well with chicken, here's what you do.

Basically, just get some honey. Just get some honey from some bees, you know, it's just bee pollen. I'm not exactly sure how honey is made honestly but make sure it give it a taste to make sure it's as sweet as you'd want it to he. Remember this is going into your Pitzman's. Put a good amount in your mixing bowl. Then, get yourself some Pitzman's mustard(I'd recommend buying the economy size, I go through a couple of bottles daily). And right away, it looks almost beautiful. A nice dark brown, can't exactly remember what it looks like though.

Anyway, it gets sticky so be sure to be aware of that. A little bit of a sticky mess never hurt no one! Nothing wrong with getting a little dirty and sticky.

Add in a little extra Pitzman's at the end for that little bit of extra flavor that really brings our the mustard.

Then you put it alongside some crackers(or some chicken, it works well with chicken) and your honey mustard sauce(or alternatively, mustard honey sauce) will be complete!
