Also draw 2 with no downside is always broken. Your version is literally just pot of greed with some extra shit in case you open it in your starting hand.

This card has a completely different effect as mine.

Get rid of the field effect and it might be okay. Draw 2 is pretty broken, but restricting it specifically to a draw during your draw phase means any other time you pick it up its a dead card.

Those stats are too high though. In order to have a draw 2, this card needs to be worthless otherwise. Either cut those stats in half or make it level 5 or something. If it can do anything beyond the draw 2 effect, its too much.

Considering the other draw 2 cards in the game have you banish 10 cards from your deck and 3-6 from your extra deck face-down, this one is hilariously broken.

Extremely bad design. Pot of Greed is banned and this card is a walking pot of greed with no downsides. Might be ok if you have to banish a random card from your hand facedown after you use the draw 2 effect.

It has improper wording. The second part is a replacement effect for something happening while the first is a triggering one on something already happened. If it were, say, "Whenever you would draw your second card for the turn, if it is your turn you draw that many cards plus one instead." then it would work as desired.

And yeah, that's a blue effect. Unless you're going with the "lol blue" meme then carry on.
