Sweet Baby Rays

There's a family that's local that makes the best sauce I've ever had. You have to call them and swing by their shop if you want any. It's vinegar and ketchup based but is awesome on damn near everything.

For a national brand I'm partial to Sweet Baby Ray's.

Damn, Sweet Baby Rays solos. Rightfully so though.

As weird as it as, I like the cheap stuff. I picked up some grocery store brand hickory bbq sauce, and its great. I did like Budweiser and Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. If I'm looking for a spicy sauce, either Nandos Medium Peri Peri sauce, or Rothchild Farm Pineapple Habanero sauce.

Locally it's Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q (SCNB) sauce.

It's all Vinegar based.

Ketchup (Tomato Concentrate from red ripe tomatoes, Distilled Vinegar, High Fructose, Corn Syrup, Salt, Spice, Onion Powder, Natural Flavoring) Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Granulated Sugar, Brown Sugar, Hot Sauce (Vinegar, Aged Peppers, Peppers, Salt, Vinegar) Water, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Red Pepper, Potassium, Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate

No matter how good of a BBQ sauce it is, you do get bored of it after a while, so you need to switch it up to a different brand.

So it's always good to have a rotation where you try out new brands BBQ sauce.
