Atari 2600 was the first console in my home. My older brother brought one home from a garage sale sometime in the mid 80s.

Later I got nes and genesis for 2 separate Christmases. But they were a gift to me and my siblings. The first console that I got all on my own was a used snes in like 1994.

The TI-99 (Texas Instruments). I barely remember anything about it, other than Id play Parsec on it. Then 2-3 years later, we had an NES.

Yeah, I had a Tandy T-180 myself, with a tape deck data drive! I think they became exclusive to radio shack.

Oh absolutely, my man!!! Commodore 64 was a big fucking deal for me. I had one before middle school, then in middle school, back in the 80s, the computer lab was nothing but Commodore 64s. We did graphics, programing, it was wild as fuck. I loved it.
Moreover, I connected to the internet for the first time in 1991 using my Commodore 64 modem. Back then, the ONLY thing I could pull up was a stock ticker. It wasn't even a page, just a computerized ticker. And I payed zero dollars to connect.

Atari. Family got the 2600 for Christmas 1981.

Followed by Commodore about 4 years later, and then the NES for my birthday in 1988.

Apparently we had an Atari I didnt know about because it stayed in my sisters room. Then later we got an NES that started in her room, but ended up in the den. Since I played it more than anyone else it unofficially became my system. Then I moved on to SNES, then PS1.

In order of purchase, I had SNES, N64, Dreamcast, NGC, PS2, X360, Wii U, Switch Lite*, and I've been gaming on PC since the early 2010's. I also owned at least one Nintendo handheld each gen from GBC to 3DS.
