This result is pending until GMUN's tracker shows the results, so there may be a TB or a DQ here but there was no obvious stuffing I could see (a spike for Decid early on but those can happen). If this result holds then we will indeed have another starter in the next round but not the one I expected! Charizard attempted a comeback late on but it wasn't enough.

hrmmmmm is kinda just... conflicting tough call on that start as you say in the OP and I really don't know what to think beyond that, it's a quick climb up from both of them really
