Nah, my friends are pretty cool. If she doesn't like them, there is probably no hope for me.

Can't say I talk that much with my friends these days, and like... Well, last person I was planning on marrying (it didn't work out, sadly) lived in a different continent, so like... I'd move there, and would almost never see my friends due to being a whole continent apart. Him not having a good relationship with them would not be a problem.

It might end up being different if I was to marry someone from my country though. Like... Yeah, I still don't talk much with my friends, but I'd still like my hypothetical future husband to get along well with my friends... Still, even if they didn't get along, I don't think it would be a huge deal if I met up with my friends from time to time without having my hypothetical future husband together with me. I'd only get bothered if this husband actively tried to stop me from meeting my friends, because like... Well, at that point it's not just disliking, now he'd be actively trying to separate me from my friends, which is a lot more troublesome and is actually a toxic behavior one should look out for when in a relationship.

So, overall, I'd be fine with the marriage for as long as the husband understood that I still had the right to meet up with my friends and talk to my friends whenever I felt like it.

I've seen too many destructive relationships to understand that I'm not going to be some special exception to the rule.

No Personally, I dont plan on getting married at all But if I did, they would have to get along with my friends. Im not losing like lifelong friends for them Same for pets, as well They have to get along with my pets, friends, and family And must understand that I will always have pets in the house

It depends on the woman and the friends. While it's a slightly bigger deal with a s/o vs family, even then it depends.

That doesn't mean she has to get along with all of your other friends, though.

Depends what you mean by "don't get along." If she just isn't their friend and doesn't enjoy hanging out with them? That's fine. Being my friends doesn't mean they need to be hers. If she actively dislikes them and tries to prevent me from interacting with them? That's a problem.

No. If he has problems with my friends then he would probably have problems with me. That being said, I am married and we have many mutual friends and then some that are not. Not due to any dislike of the person issues but more interests and hobbies but we all get along.
