Already made a big hole in the ceiling.

I used to hear footsteps and scratching noises coming from the attic but never thought they'd try to dig through the fucking insulation and plywood and drop down like mission impossible. I saw its feet it's like dark grey with black paws. I hope to God it's not a raccoon but if it is then I'm prepared to die. Wish me luck CE.

Both raccoons and possums are very cool, so it's a win win

A possum is no problem at all.

A raccoon is a serious issue that can result in your death, so Id maybe prep for that outcome a little more.
