I have a long way to go, but I'm making steady progress. Meal prepping, drinking only water and protein shakes, walking to as many places as I can (trips back from the grocery are pretty good, 3/4 mile down a large hill whilst carrying groceries) and working out on a regular basis.

Hoping to be able to feel relatively safe weightwise skateboarding this autumn, maybe even go out snowboarding over the winter.
