I'm a Japanese salaryman in a white man's body. I wish to live among my fellow kinsmen in glorous Nipponland. I enjoy watching anime, sharing a nice bowl of ramen after work with my coworkers at the local ramen stand, going to a relaxing summer firework festival in my yukata, and indulging in some quality JAV pornography. I train with my Katana every day. This superior weapon can cut clean through anything because it is folded over a thousand times with glorous Nippon steel, and is vastly superior to any other weapon on earth. I earned my sword license two years ago, and I have been getting better every day.

For all of the negatives with American culture, at least lolicon isnt an acceptable thing over here.

Both are extremely toxic to the average person in different ways but Japan is a lot safer at least.

Honestly this, the gun culture we have here in America is sickening.

Living in a nice quiet countryside village in Japan like in Non Non Biyori with a beautiful wife and a bunch of kids is the dream.

Considering both countries allow gun ownership, and only one has a problem with gun violence, I'd say Japan must be doing something right.

American Culture.

Though Americans work/life culture is starting to get as shitty as Japans so maybe Japan can take this dub.

It's a mixture of culture and strict gun control.

I like a lot Japanese media, but I'm not going to pretend I'm part of their culture or would be well accepted in it.

That's for stuff like pistols.

Any law abiding Japanese citizen can get a long gun / air pellet gun if they pass some tests and training. They cannot be carried however they're essentially exclusively for hunting and sport.

Both have strengths and weaknesses in varying degrees, but I would not survive in Japan.

Hell, I'm surprised I've survived America.

The 2nd sentence isnt correct. You can get a gun for hunting (a friend of mine was trying to when I left Japan although he was having to jump through a lot of hoops to get and keep his license), and cops there dont actually carry guns. They do have them in police boxes which, sadly, contributes to a lot of cops committing suicide there (what with the work culture and low job satisfaction associated with being a civil servant).
