These dudes are like 40+ and Midwest man tits and beer gut kinda fat but are doing like 50+ laps without stopping.

How do you get that kinda endurance and still be this fat?

Need a lot of room in those lungs to chug all that beer
Also nothing to do in the midwest which is why all the great athletes come from there

Swimming is great for burning calories. You see those ripped swimmers on tv. And its easy on the joints. The guys you see have a bad diet.

You may not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like.

Ive known a few fat endurance ocean swimmers.

That's why I started doing it. But these fat dudes are making me feel so flabby and out of shape and they have like triple my body fat %
