Im a little confused because I thought losing taste and smell was an early covid symptom. Unless Ive been sick for the past week and its not covid related and now covid is hitting me on top of that I dont know.

I hope thats not the case as Im starting to feel better now, gonna suck if I have to deal with covid right after getting over some other BS.

seems to hit everyone differently. can someone bring you a test?

Those were the last symptoms I experienced in losing taste and smell. First 2 days I had body aches then felt better after that. About 5 days later my smell and taste were gone. Lasted about 2 weeks then it all came back. Sounds like Covid.

I had an antigen test laying around that came back as positive, but I think those only tell you if youve had it before. Which to my knowledge I havent so yeah. I guess Im hoping if I have it I already made it through the worst of it.

i need to learn to keep a mask in my pocket. huge risk going to store today.
it was during the morning but i avoided people as much as i could and got out

i don't pose a risk to others due to hardly going out near people but risk of others giving me the sickness.

I already made it through the worst of it.

the main symptoms last for 10 days usually. really a dice roll on long covid problems.

This is basically exactly what Ive experienced. You didnt feel sick again after you lost taste and smell?

Not at all. I was taking over the counter stuff for aches and hydrating throughout. The only time I was "sick" were the first two days.

You can still test positive a couple weeks after having it with those, but most people stop testing positive by like day 10 of symptoms showing.

Well I can honestly say not being able to taste anything is one of the most bizarre experiences Ive had. Its so strange, at least initially. Now Im just annoyed that I cant taste anything and eating is not very enjoyable.

At least Im feeling pretty good.
