What it says on the tin. This probably won't even get as far as most of mine do (which is, not very far at all).

My recent days off were as dichotomous as possible. On Thursday, I got some blood drawn: my blood is drawn regularly to keep track of my hormone levels, so I've gotten it drawn plenty recently without incident. This time, I was holding the gauze to the injection site, and I just straight up blacked-out. The lab techs were super freaked out and roused me. I was all woozy, nauseous, dizzy, hot, sweaty, and deathly pale. They applied ice packs to my forehead and the back of my neck and got me water, and let me chill in the room for as long as I needed to feel better. All in all, they took great care of me, but I was basically dead the rest of the day.

And yesterday? I was with my girl. I wore a bathing suit for the first time, and went to the beach with her. We talked for hours. She's poly, which was a bit of a bomb, and not very driven to have sex(obvious), but I was texting with a poly friend after while she was making her food about it, and they talked a bit about how that works and that it's hard sometimes, but then added, "But you love her, right?"
And I texted back, as I was checking out her ass, "No one I would rather be with, no ass I would rather be checking out right now." Then I went to the bathroom, and came out and found her on the couch she literally never sits on. And we just talked about our bodies and some touching occurred. She told me one of her friends is getting married and asked if I would go, so...uhh...might need to get a dress LOL.
And no bathing suit pics, sorry. Maybe pics of the bathing suit, but not of me in it. Just remember: trans girls with bulges belong at the beach! And so do trans men without them!

If we don't have a turn arrow, they are right to wait their turn. Otherwise, I wait a little bit. Maybe 10-15 seconds before giving a short honk. Basically, "Wake up!"
A lot of people seem slow to register light changes: I assume it's because they're not paying attention. I know I do it too sometimes.

My blood draws have been a hassle since my local lab doesnt have the Quest infrastructure that allows order receipt and retrieval to be automated, but I think I have my part in the process down now so hopefully it smooths out. I couldnt get my T tested tho cuz my chart at Folx said female for some reason. I really want that clinic to open here already so I can switch to them, but Im not sure how much of a barrier between being seen and getting hormones they might put up, so the thought of making the switch is making me anxious as well.

Ive experienced vasovagal syncope twice in my life, once was actually after an episode of Fear Factor where they did a series of surface piercings on the contestants arms. My mother accused me of being on drugs, which was ironic since she was a needle drug user, which is where I got the massive stress response to needles in the first place. This was during my first playthrough of FFIX ever, I went back to my room to play and she didnt call me for dinner. I cried that night, I didnt understand why, but I felt alone, like truly, singularly alone.

Had you ever passed out during a blood draw or in any other circumstance before?

How does Geryon's time stop in DMC3 work anyway?
The distorted looking energy dome that appears around it as it gets up has some weird choppy animation and sometimes doesn't appear. Sometimes I'm clearly out of range and still get hit with it. Does it spawn on me? Is it if my character is moving or locked on to Geryon at a certain point? Am I supposed to be dividing attacks between the horse and the carriage?
I got the gist of the helm breaker, damage, back off, trick up, starfall, re-stagger loop but sometimes it goes wrong and I really don't know why. Am I mean to be in the ascent of my jump so the time stop is nullified by the jump's invuln frames?

Like in gay relationships do people have assigned rolls. Like is some person always playing Quarterback and the other person always playing center or do you switch off( sorry could not think of a better way to put it). Also if people just stay at one position is that something you go out looking for. So like if you are QB and find the best guy in the world put he only plays QB. Do you just find someone else.

The closest I came was dry heaving once when I was younger. I've never had anything like this happen before and it was extremely scary.
I don't like getting my blood drawn: I look away. My girlfriend likened it to a period and gave me a bunch of peppermints. She says peppermint is supposed to help, but the sugar definitely might. I'll also have to make an effort to be super hydrated. My new, higher dose of spiro makes hydration more difficult, because I have to pee all the damned time, it feels like.

And no, I'm not familiar with Little Noah lol.

I've recently heard that it's a nightmare for trans men to get gynecological care, both due to transphobia from cis women and gynecologists and their offices alike

But more holistically, there's obviously a lot of hostility towards trans people seeking transition care, especially minors, because many people are unwilling to acknowledge the reality that this is the best, most successful, and most humane way to help us live our best lives. I do have some barettes, but that selfie was taken at work, where I have to wear a hat, which makes hair accessories a pain.
I almost have enough hair for a ponytail though!

Whole Foods, Bakery department. I also have to wear a white coat that's depressingly androgynizing. I'm also not supposed to paint my nails, but a bunch of teammates do (including my team leader LOL).

Still better than the hell that was/is Customer Service lol.

It depends, really. For bread, you generally want to get there early, especially if it's more niche or on-sale (only experience with your own Whole Foods can tell you which breads are which).

For cakes, at least at my Whole Foods, all the cake decorators and bakers leave by 2:30, so from that point what we have is what we have. If you want a specific cake for a specific time, you can call and order it and it will be guaranteed to be there. You can even get custom stuff done, but for that, you really need to talk to a cake decorator: your basic bitch retail bakery TMs like me probably aren't going to know shit when it comes to custom stuff (I certainly don't).

The last piece of advice is that if you call and ask for something and are willing to come and get it that day, we'll generally set it aside for you to come pick up.

Oh! Also: not every Whole Foods bakery is the same. Products can vary widely between regions, and also depending on whether or not that Whole Foods' bakery is a scratch bakery or not (mine is not: the cakes are assembled from blanks, the bread comes in partially baked, the cookie/muffin/etc. dough comes in and we just finish it. This throws some people for a loop, because the Whole Foods closest to us is a scratch bakery, likely because it's much larger and was purpose-built to be a Whole Foods, whereas mine is fairly small and in a building that used to be something else.)
