I wake up 2-3 times to pee and sometimes it takes long to get back to sleep especially if there are birds chirping.

Almost never, but sometimes I only sleep half as long and then go to sleep again a few hours later.

Usually once or twice to piss. But it depends on how much liquid I had beforehand, otherwise how long I'm sleeping is also a factor. Anything over 6hrs is a guarantee.

Generally speaking you should try to avoid drinking much in the three hours before you go to sleep. Do that and your need to pee in the night should vanish. It's okay to have an ounce or two of water just before you turn in.

I go to bed around 12:00 - 12:30am and I usually get up just before 8.

I very rarely wake up and have this feeling like I'm drowning, it's pretty scary.
