By far one of my favorite new gag in movies and shows is a character nodding approvingly or encouragingly at another character like Andrew nodding at Ned after he tells Peter that he will never go crazy and try to betray him

I'd like to see Garfield given another shot as Spider-Man if Marvel can get permission to make more. NWH showed he could be a terrific Peter + Spidey if given good direction + writing.

That said I wouldn't want him to be given a 2nd chance if it's just going to be under Sony again since they're pretty bad at making super hero movies.

I liked Andrew better in the context of the other spidermans riffing with them rather than whatever the hell the Sony movies were trying to do.

ASM1 was forgettable and ASM2 was an abomination, but Garfield's performance was one of the brighter spots in those two movies (he played pretty well off of Emma Stone as well); I remember thinking he could have done pretty well if he'd had competent writers / directors. It was a real treat that NWH delivered on this front.

I wouldn't want to see him return in a solo movie though. NWH was a near-perfect swansong for his run of the character, and I have no desire to see Sony 'Oh my God they really do love Morbius let's re-release it' Pictures drag him through the mud again.

Huh Morbious is sony, not Fox or whoever made Joker? huh so that's 2 movies in a row now, first their crappy venom and now that one. How are they still getting funding for these.

I liked emma stone but it's a shame she's no longer around. We got to see him save the girl here though so it's almost like they completed his arc, 7 years later
