Was thinking about this one but i dunno if its energy efficient since its going to need to possibly run for 6-12 hours.

I want to dehydrate apples for snacks. Make Beef Jerky. Dehydrate cabbage for eggroll filling that isnt overly moist.
I hear that a lot of yuck from shrimp lies in the water it contains, so I was thinking what if I dehydrate them and then reconstitute them in something like a Paella or Jambalaya.

I got a hand-me-down model from my brother. I made some beef jerky but it never quite had that toughness of store bought types. However it was really freaking tasty. It was basically just a cylinder with shelves that had holes in them and a heater/fan that ran for like 8 hours.

I had to run it in the garage because it made the whole house smell like beef.

Where's the downside?

I always thought the store bought was a bit too tough anyway

Finally just finished all my cooking for the day.

Finished chopping my cilantro, cooking my chorizo, making my chile de arbol salsa.

Made my first ever english breakfast muffins dough.

Now I have Chorizo tacos and muffin dough for some Egg Mcmuffins!
Also made myself a Moscow Mule lol.
