Your preferred medium?

There's enough weebs on this board to justify this poll, right? You can either vote based on which medium has most of your favorite series, or based on which medium you prefer to experience if a piece of work has both an anime and manga adaptation (in this instance, assume both adaptations are of equal quality).

If a series has both I'll start with the anime usually and get caught up to wherever it is and then catch up on the manga after that and then do both as they come out

I almost exclusively watch anime. On very rare occasions, I'll read manga continuation or spin-off of an anime series.

I'll occasionally read manga if I really like an anime but it didn't get fully adapted (same with light novels), although it's hard to find time to do that anymore.

no anime has reached the same highs that my favorite manga have. but i also just consume more anime since i can't keep up with ongoing series weekly for like 10 years and hate reading on my computer. worst thing about anime adaptations is pacing and art quality going down in the transition though.

I still haven't read a single manga. I intend to eventually but there's still so much anime to watch

this sounds about accurate

anime is way more easily accessible in a preferred medium, and it's often delivered in more consumer-friendly packages, grouped by season as opposed to sprawling for decades

anime i feel has way more awfulness potential, and on average i can find the voice acting and many animations cringe-y, but because of accessibility/volume i'm voting for it

oh, i guess i should also add that the experience of enjoyable voice-acting, color, and especially music is a huge positive for my experience as well.

I enjoy anime more but usually read manga because it's so much faster

Manga, kinda feel that on average, the great manga panels will look nicer than the anime adaptations.
Also many manga series I read have a conclusion.
Lot of anime series where I watch a season then it turns out the show wasn't popular or that for some other reason we're not getting a 2nd or 3rd season.

Or it'll come out looking rushed cutting a lot of the source material and looking inferior to S1.

I like colors, so anime. Also why I prefer western comics over manga. Although I still enjoy the latter, the lack of color allows them to go all out with details in an action scene.

But I also prefer dubbed anime so I can't be a true weeb.
