2 > ZXA > 4 > 3 > 1 > ZX

2 sticks out to me the most. Phoenix Magnion FTW

Zero 3

MMZ3. Cannon Ball theme is really awesome.

Honestly, all of the Zero games blend together for me. I bought all of them and played through each one once, but none of them left a lasting impression on me aside from the first (which is clearly not the best)

I did like Mega Man ZX a lot though. The light metroidvania elements of it are fun, and that game stands out as more memorable to me in general. I thought MMZX Advent was terrible for some reason but I don't remember why.

So I guess ZX > a weird jumble of Z2/Z3/Z4 > Z1 > ZXA

3 > 2 > 4 > ZX > ZXA > 1

Though that could change wildly upon replay

2, 3 and 4 are very good.
I found ZXAdvent better than ZX.

Mega Man Zero 3 for me.

Hmmm I find it pretty hard to rank
Zero 1 being the first left a strong impression on me but it's clearly worse than 2 and 3
2 and 3 are kinda equal but 3 felt more "fair" to me in terms of ranking etc
4 kinda sucks level design wise but I liked the atmosphere, the music and of course the ending
ZX is pretty weak imo and the level design is very simple most of the time
ZXA is underrated, I enjoyed it. Liked how you can use the other Biometal to collect stuff and backtrack to areas and of course the boss medals add some replaybility

So kinda...I dunno
3>2>ZXA>4>1>ZX
But just small gap between each

I think Zero 3 has my vote. Zero 4 is a close second.

Nominate Mega Man Battle Network Collection. Yes, it doesn't come out till next year, but all the games have been released.

Zero 3 hands down.
