I would rule with an iron fist over the following issues:

1. All electronic devices would have standard form factors for hardware ports and other peripherals. You would not be allowed to make a specially Brand charger. Similarly, batteries would never, ever be glued to the motherboard. Also similarly, all devices would be reparable by third party tech shops.
2. All taps in the UK would henceforth be a single unit, rather than two separate taps for hot and cold.
3. Americans would be privy to the wonders of european windows which open horizontally and vertically.
4. By some wizardry, it would become possible to buy pants/jeans from charity shops that have actually retained their original intended shape.
5. Using the squat rack for anything other than heavy squats would be forbidden. Similarly, chatting to your gym pals while sitting on equipment must take up no longer than your intended rest periods. For isolation machines, no longer than 3 minute rests are permitted.
6. Streaming services would abandon adverts and predatory geo-locking. Competition would be allowed, but the price of each service would take a hit based on the size and scope of its library. Ultimately, you would never end up in a situation where you are back to paying what you used to for cable, with equally shitty options.
7. "everything as a subscription service" would end immediately. You would just go back to being able to buying things and then owning them outright.
8. UX design that favours sleekness over function would end immediately. Any marketing team that attempts to redesign a service, app or product with a slick new interface that makes it harder to use would be dropped into the sharks-with-freakin-lazers pit.
9. Youtube would be abolished, and replaced with a new platform made by people who have a genuine desire to make a place good for creators and its audience. This would firmly include a dislike button and visible count.
10. Nintendo products would be appropriately priced.
11. Food would be served on plates or at worst appropriately sized serving boards.
12. Pubs would be independently owned.
13. No person or entity may own more than 2 housing properties.
14. Any service - such as car insurance - that insists you must use the web app to perform any action or get any support must also make it possible to cancel that service using the web app. No requirement to speak to the sales team.
15. "Admin fees" for basically everything would be abolished.

I'd come up with some other scheme that doesn't involve some tory scumlord holding the cards.

A lot of those don't seem like problems. Least I haven't considered these problems.

I'd like to submit for the manifesto's approval - humiliating public tomato tossing (idk what it's called) for the CEOs of health/life insurance companies who refuse to pay out because of some bullshit. They will remain locked in a public square as open targets for rotten produce until payout to the person/family is made.
