Why does it need to be a federal crime to put E15 into an engine meant for E10?

it's a not a crime to put that gas into your own engine. You are allowed to pump 4 gallons into a plastic can and then put that in your engine and ruin it if you want.

It's so when you roll up to the station NEEDING and wanting E10, but the last guy only bought .25 cents of E15 and now the hose is full of 1.5 gallons of E15. You get gas and you're ride is fucked, even though you did nothing wrong. So they made a law to protect your bike.
