Lol. For real though this guy is a hero to all the cashiers/receiving workers. Walking across the road in 100+ degree heat to get a cart that rolled into the other side because some piece of shit left it out was never fun

There's a guy that's been working as a cart collector at the grocery store here for almost 25 years.

I know he has some type of condition, but I don't know the details. He's high functioning though. He's overly social too and tries to talk to every person he sees in the parking lot. You can tell he loves his job.

Its fake. No one cares. At all. Like never ever return a cart and no one gives a rats ass. The company would kick you off the premises if this wasnt fake. Theres literally a job to get carts. They dont care if theyre returned or not.

so long as it wasnt too cold or too wet, I always enjoyed collecting carts. Get outside, dont have to talk to customers for a bit, get to take your time. But I also worked at a small grocery store.
