Zoomers and kids discovered it and decided they should become trolls for nonexistent social media clout; one group manipulating him into doing all kinds of horrible things. That's not to say it absolves Chris of being an awful person, but they were clearly taking advantage of his declining mental state and encouraging him to use his delusions as a crutch.
