Anyway, Imagine a league that combined the NFL, NBA, MLB and the NHL into one?!

So check it out, first it starts with a draft in which each team will select 65 players a piece. The draft pool being made up of everyone in each of the major sports leagues.

The league will consist of 40 teams and be set up like the NFL division wise. The season will be 20 games long. Each team will play 5 football games, 5 basketball games, 5 Hockey games and 5 Baseball games.

Playoffs consist of 16 teams, 8 from each conference, no bye weeks. Each round is a best of 7 series where the higher seed chooses which sports are played in which order. The first 4 games of each series must be one of each sport (football, hockey, basketball and baseball) in any order they choose. The remaining 1-3 games (however many are necessary) are also decided before the series begins by the higher seeded team with the rule that no one sport can be played back to back. So you couldnt have a 7 game series of say Football, baseball, hockey, basketball, football, football, football.

Obviously with every team having to play every sport, but only having 65 roster spots guys are gonna have to play multiple sports. Each team would certainly have guys who specialized at certain sports (like Brady for instance would obviously be your QB and you might not risk him playing any of the other sports despite him having played baseball as well).

Also in the event of a tie in any given game there would be overtime, but it wouldnt be in whatever sport they were playing at the times normal OT rules.

Instead, in the event of a tie. The OT would be an untimed MMA fight under the old school rules of the UFC that allowed elbows and what not. Each team chooses one guy a piece to fight and they go until one is either knocked out or submits.

Now, how crazy is this and would you watch it?
